Defective, Damaged and Returned Goods
All goods should be inspected upon immediate receipt for any damages or defects. If you find that an item has been damaged or has a defect, this must be notified to us as soon as possible. Return it to us, and either a replacement or refund will be made. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason, contact customer services and return it to us in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days, where we will issue a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable except where the goods are faulty.
